- Internet Options (this will open a tabbed dialog box)
- Select the Privacy tab
- Click Advanced
- Ensure Override automatic handling of cookies is selected
- Ensure First Party Cookies are Accepted and
- Ensure the Always Allow Session Cookies box is ticked

- Tools and select Options
- Select the Cookies tab
- Ensure Allow sites to set cookies checkbox is ticked
